Now a day’s balancing work and life is very much difficult task for any working individuals. Sometimes people say it is not only difficult; it is actually an unattainable task to do. These days by the use of modern technology your works will be connected by 24/7 with you and will eliminate the line between “work” and “Life” time. So balancing both lives is becoming too tough for any individual. But it is true everyone wants a healthy work-life balance, but only few are able to achieve the same.

The using of Smart Phones become a biggest blessing or curse for today’s individuals. It helps you to work faster by getting information or let the information passes to others and at the same time you will also occupy by this technology to give your time to professional world. And thus you are working round the clock. These days work from home concepts is increased a lot due to cost saving for the company, which apparently looks smart but if we go deeper you will find actually it is occupying a space of a day of any employee. Here staying at home is not mean to having a relaxing time at home, sometimes as a professional if your work enter at home then it can spoil the harmony inside the house. And unnecessarily it causes hypertension and increase stress level.

img5Now work- life balance seems to be a kind of a goal without any boundary. Where we can’t see the boundary but like to reach the goal and cover the line to have a harmony of peace of a healthy personal life.

It is true that we all have a wish to segregate both life to live healthy and happily but get trapped and not be able to overcome from it. But believe me if you follow some small rule or steps of life you can easily overcome from this.

So what you need to do to stop stressing and start getting work-life balance. Here are few ways which can adjust your approach to life and find more control.

Know about your work: In a day we have lots of work to do. Whether it is personal of professional. Before start of a day you should know what are the works you have to finish on that day. You can make a small note of that and work accordingly. Try to priorities your work. Ultimately it only can helps you the balance your work- life.  In life we have some kind of work which actually cause of headache or tension but we have to do those work, like funds retirement, pays the mortgage, makes the car payment even your travel plan can also give you trouble if it is not executed properly. So try to plan those works at the right time with the right mind to avoid unnecessary hassle.

Schedule a calendar for your work and family: As you need to maintain the both life try to prepare a calendar for the both purpose and you will be able to schedule your activities and work of a day and establish a time to be with family members.

Go for a daily routine: In childhood we have learnt “early to bed and early to rise, keeps us healthy, wealthy and wise”. Do you know why all these taught to us by our parents? It is only because to keep ourselves to go under some rules and create our good habits. Such a way if you prepare a daily routine then you can keep on your track to achieve the balance you want. Like sleeping 8 hours, avoid to check your mails in first couple hours of the day, go for outside dinner every day, taking right time to eat, and some daily work out will make you healthier and happier. If you follow these things it will give you a mental peace, your emotional capacity will increase which can improve your relationship and creativity too. Not only that it can help you to fight with some unwanted situation calmly. These traits can makes you a good leader and a successful person.

Make time for yourself: Whoever you are, whatever your job     responsibility is, in a day block a small time from your schedule work and get disconnect from your job. Yes you have heard right! it means switch off your phone and do something that you can relax. For suggestion you can do few things, like take a walk in the park, take a hot bath, get a massage, this all can remove your physical and mental tiredness. Even listening ear soothing music is also a great stress reliever you can try for that too. Remember it is important to give an hour in a week to yourself. If you don’t then the times would fly and your stress level and exhaustion levels will go up.

img6Take a breathe in between work: Work will always be demanding, you can find, if you finished one another one will wait for you. Most of the time we try to finish our work to hastily and net resulted sometimes caused wrong work and some time you experience the anxiety level become high for this. It is always suggested that take a breath   between work, relax, release and breathe and do your work. It helps you to maintain a healthy life along with a smooth work.

It is observed that where you spend your energy and time there you will be successful. So it is clear whether it is at home or at your work if you focused on it you can get success. But to be focus on the success you need to manage both areas simultaneously. So what are you thinking off ?? take a deep breathe and start manage your both world by balancing them together.
