Smile: Smile stimulates good feelings. It influences directly how other people respond to you. A genuine smile tells that you are approachable, cooperative and trustworthy. When you smile at someone they return smile almost always and if you get back smile actually it means that person’s emotional state changes in positive way.
Greet a person by his name: Remember that a person’s name is the sweetest and most important sound in any language to that person.
